Call for Artists

To commemorate its 120th Anniversary, Grant’s Farm will add a permanent mural on its iconic Tiergarten façade. This mural will become a focal point enjoyed by up to half a million Grant’s Farm visitors and staff annually for years.

To design this mural, Grant’s Farm is calling on the Midwest’s diverse and talented community of artists to submit concepts for consideration. All artists submitting a design should also be able to implement the mural. Grant’s Farm will select one final design submission to become a permanent part of the iconic property. The winner will receive prize money, media exposure, and compensation for implementing the mural.

Mural Theme: 120 Years of Grant’s Farm

Grant’s Farm has been the Busch family home since 1903 and a beloved destination for generations of St. Louisans and out-of-town guests since 1954. 2023 marks the 120th anniversary of this iconic place. The 281-acre property is a refuge for over 100 animal species and the birthplace of the world-famous Budweiser Clydesdales. Today, five family members own and operate the property with the goal of keeping this unique piece of family and national history intact for generations to come.
